This place is just a disgrace for so many reasons, here are just a few, in order by annoyance factor:
1. The walls and floors in this place are paper thin. You can hear every conversation, smell every meal being cooked and hear the kid above us stomping his feet on the floor all day, all night, every day.
2. There is a fire station on 10th and Cherry(right around the corner, check it out if ya want). This means that fire trucks and ambulances fly down the street blaring sirens at all hours of the night. Given the crime rate in this city, do the math on just how many ambulances are being dispached.
3. The Greyhound bus station is directly out back. This means that you hear the back-up noise from busses all night.
4. There is a size limit of 30 lbs on dogs in this place. There are many people who do not abide by this. So, as you walk down the path to enter the building, there are lakes of urine and piles of feces everywhere. The bigger the dog, the bigger the...
5. The Trocedero is directly across the street, so you hear music and people screaming until at least midnight every night.
All of these factors make this place extremely uncomfortable to live in. Don't let the hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances fool you.

Honestly, this is one of the worst places for the price to live in the city. There is so much noise here it gets out of control. Just yesterday afternoon the Chinatown brigade exploded fireworks and dragon dances all day to celebrate, for the third time this month, the Chinese New Year. It sounded like we were getting bombed. Also, several people have experienced home invasions. The tenants' pets use the walkway as a grassy knoll and let loose (urine and feces) all over the sidewalk and door in front of the house. Just a couple weeks ago I witnessed an 80 lb dog taking a dump right in front of the lobby. The owner had to pick up the poop with her bare hands b/c she got embarrassed that someone had witnessed her over sized pet christening the entrance way. Bottom Line: Move to Old City, Fairmount Park area, or Northern Liberties.
