These apartments are spacious and very stylish. The other reviews are true- there isnt a whole lot of sound insulation, but this is loft living, and some noise should be expected. The maintenance man, Jason, is extremely organized, prompt to make repairs, and is very helpful. I haven't felt insecure in my apartment and have had no security problems so far, either- just lock your deadbolt when you leave, we do live in philadelphia... There are a few options for off premise parking, as well, ranging from 80-131/ month.
