The building is pretty nice and the day-time building manager Dave is very nice. My unit is wonderful and I couldn't be happier to have it. The old management leasing agent Stephanie was super-nice too, but some of the other support staff is not as helpful, especially the maintenance guy, Jason, that someone gave a recommendation earlier on here''' I guess with the good comes some bad, There was a more responsive guy before who was really good, but this new guy is terrible. My unit is on the 3rd floor but i can hear a cat that seems to be in heat ALL the time from a floor down, and overnight the owner screams at the cat, and the cat incessantly screams back. Also, there's a unit across the hall where it seems like they are moving furniture or having track and field meets all the time. I sleep in the daytime because I work mid-to-late shifts at Jeff, so I'm up most of the night to hear what's going on. Most of the pet owners seem responsible, but there are a few that let their pets go in the breezeway or dump their pets' goods in the first available trash can IN THE BUILDING''''' Can we take it outside please'

Most of the people are cool, and the perks of living within 2 minutes of everything I need are excellent.

Try to live higher up if you want a view. Move downstairs for units with more amenities.
