This place was the cheapest place I had ever help build. Everything may look nice but they are of the cheapest quality. I actually feel bad for the people who live there. The elevators are death traps the always got stuck. The fire calking is a total joke. The insulation between the apartments is non existant, there was never any extra insulation installed to keep all the noise out. The other scum bag workers used to go to the bathroom in bottles and leave them behind finished walls. I would say this place is a nightmare.
