I liked many things regarding the apt. itself. It had a private entrance, quiet and was spacious. I lived street side so the parking stunk - but what can you do' The WORST part about this apt complex was the maintenance. It sucked - it took forever to get any work done - i mean forever!! The laundry rooms were disgusting and unsafe.

Yes, I agree with the maintenance being terrible now. Before then
they had workers who were very helpful and nice. Now the maintenance
guy is rude and doesn't fix it but blames you.
You have to keep bugging them to get anything fixed.

I agree to and am in the process of taking Joe to court. can anyone help me out and tell me the names of any of the girls that worked there in 2007-2008 i need them as a witness
