I have lived at the Touraine for 6 months now, and unfortunately am moving out of Philadelphia but would love to stay there forever. The building is not new, but well-maintained, and the management is always willing to fix any problems. For instance, I was unhappy with the old windows, and they had storm windows installed within a week. The building isn't cheap, but the neighborhood is great, and from the Drake reviews (next door), I'm so glad to be living here! And the doormen are awesome!

I like the Touraine as well, but I did not have the experience this poster had. We have super, super old windows that do not properly close or lock. I asked for new windows, or storm windows, or window coverings... anything... but my request was refused. Since I read this post before deciding on the Touraine, I was really disappointed. Still, the building is nice and it's a good location.
