Great building, bad management

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 

The building itself is great: old but renovated, tons of charm, in a great location. The staff is great, too - helpful, courteous, friendly. But the management's attitude towards the tenants seems to be: don't bother us, just pay the rent and leave us alone. We don't want to hear your problems.
