I was in residential real estate sales and leasing for the last 6 years in Philadelphia...I moved into the Touraine and stayed 2.5 years. I have seen and heard about every rental and condo building in Center City, and I can say with confidence that you won't find a better, more secure and thoughtful place to live than the Touraine. The staff are responsible and kind, the building is safe and secure and it's luxury on a low-profile block in Rittenhouse. Move in and move out was seamless. When they showed my apartment to prospective renters when I gave notice to move out, they gave me plenty of notice and were very respectful. It was quiet, the neighbors were adults (as oppossed to the student population you can get in other buildings - parents who pay their rent, etc.). The downside is that not all the units are updated, and not all have washer dryer, but there is a large laundry room in the lower level that is rarely occupied. No complaints at all. Loved it and will miss it very much.
