After reading the reviews I had to write. It truely is a shame how many of these people write these reviews when they are upset and do not get there way.
I have been here for over 20years and have experience the name changes, owners and definitely the Managers. I have to say the current Young lady that we have have been the Manager for about 2yrs now, and I have noticed a hugh improvement in this place. The grounds and the way the tenants are treated.
Before this young lady was here, you would wait about a week or longer for maintenance to show up. Now you call and maintenance is there so quickly I sometimes have to ask them to come back because I was not ready.
We just got our parking lot repaved and sealed and it looks absolutely wonderful. We have brand new energy efficent windows. I am also glad she started with the permit parking because now the actual tenants can come home to parking, instead of having to fight for parking with the other neighbours who did not live her.
No one is ever happy when the rent is raised, but the year I can't afford that much of an increase, I call the office and we come to an amount that I can afford. Before her, the attitude was take it or leave it.
We just had a fire and I heard a lot of the tenants ( not the tenant who lost everything..of course she was upset)give the young lady a lot of praise for the way she handled the entire situation.
These people who write these awful reviews are really not fair and I am sure they are probably still here. I would like all the other people to really think about the good and do not let just one bad time, because you did not get your way cloud the fact that you have a great Management team here. Trust me, I have seen it all.
One more thing, the guy who has the HD Dish, It is so ugly at the front of his apartment. The only thing Management said, was that it would look so ugly if each unit had their own dish. Each building has 2 more dishes and that HD own is Ugly, it needs to be removed.

I Totally agree with you, i have lived her for five years and management has never changed, she has always been the same with me, just remember people you get what you put out, and no one can live anywhere free except on the streets. and i thank God that management worked quickly to replace me when i lost my apartment to the said fire.
We know what we have(Management) you never know what your going to get.
