One major letdown is that my building doesn't have HD television service! I didn't even ask about this when I saw the apartment because I just assumed every place would have the option of signing up for HD. Phillynet, the cable provider, also only offers DSL service, not cable internet. The internet is pretty flaky. I think they should just switch to Comcast in this building, the services would be a lot better. I've asked for this multiple times but have been ignored.

When I moved in the cabinets in the kitchen were sticky. To their credit they tried to fix this, but it still really isn't much better. The apartment also has a funky smell.

If they dealt with the internet issues it would be an ok place to live, but without that I'd keep looking.
