Extremely poor - avoid for sure

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
I have had extremely poor experience. The living conditions are poor in their rickety apartments.
To top it all, they have closed their only elevator in this multistorey apartment building for 3 weeks without any prior notice (apparently for comprehensive maintenance and repair) and stairs are the only option till then!!!!!
