Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
They were good at first, but then as things stopped working they seemed to ignore us. We had our ceiling caving in for about 6 months after reporting it. We had our doorbell broken for more than 1 year after we reported it. Centipedes in the winter, mice in the summer.
