If you're a drexel student, then I can't lie, location is convienent. But the fire alarm ALWAYS goes off, at least once a week at times. If you like being woken up by drunken idiots setting their stove on fire trying to make Ellio's pizza at 3 in the morning, then this is definitely the place for you. As someone said in a previous review, the fire alarm sounds like an air raid siren, with some guy's lispy voice announcing over and over again that an emergency's been reported, etc. etc. etc. Stupid drunk-ass fools are always peeing and vomiting in the elevators (they always smell like a freaking toilet), and people are always busting the walls in. My only regret is that I never catch them so I can punch them in the back of their stupid heads. Only 2 of the security staff ever even bother to check the ID cards. Then the other guards just look stupidly at me as I stand there and search for my ID card in my bag as six or seven people walk right through the sensors without even stopping to show ID. Honestly, I know a lot of people that moved in there mainly because of the security (including myself) and are now furious that people can just walk in and out as they please. Our apartment needed a lot of cleaning when we moved in, something that definitely should have been taken care of by Phila. Management (landlords). The roof has leaked on multiple occasions, and matenience has left my apartment all rearranged and covered in paint chips, I mean the floor was literally covered!!! They didn't even clean it up! WTF'! Oh yeah, definitely DO NOT subscribe to Hotwire! You'll totally regret it, seriously. If the wind blows at all, which it does, always, then you have no cable signal, but it only seems to knock out good channels like comedy central. But seriously, don't be a fool. Their model apartment looks really great but trust me, the real thing is not as pretty. My apartment is cleaner now than it was when we first moved in. It looks like a good deal until you actually realize you're paying for much more than you are really getting.
