Living in a Refrigerator-Box would be better

Looks sure can be decieving. Most rooms dont even have windows. I lived in a 2-bedroom and only the main room had windows (which were painted shut) but the bedrooms were always dark. The heat/AC only worked in my bedroom leaving the main area and the other bedroom forever cold/hot. Fire alarms go off everyday until you are able to block them out. One time the 14th floor was flooded and all the floors up to about 10 had water dripping through the cielings throughout the night. The walls are PAPER thin. I can hear the neighbors talking. I had a drumset with silencers on and still you could hear it at the other end of the hallway.

"Security" is crap. The security guard knew me and still wouldnt let me or my guests in...even my 75 yr old grandma. Once someone walked into my apartment and into my closed bedroom door because he thought it was his friends house even tho his friends are white and none of us are. He also told my dad he could park in the lot for a quick 10 minutes and then called the tow truck on him...

Don't live here unless ABSOLUTELY necessary or if you have low standards. For this price there are hundreds of other places to live. Live a few blocks off campus if you have to, its not that bad. I made the change and am a much happier person.
