This is THE WORST place to live:

1. PECO Mandated Power outages''' for over 16 hours the one day. In one month we had like 3 to 4 power outages, they don't give us reasons, we are only college students.

2. The leasing department does not do anything they take your complaints and say ok we will handled that, 6 months later they say oh yeah we are in the process of
handling that.

3. College kids mostly populate this apartment. THAT means the management thinks they can do anything they want and not treat us with respect. They don't care about you here, you are just easy money.

4. It looks and smells extremely bad. There has been a smashed hole in the wall that has not been repaired for about 3 weeks now.
5. When they say they will replace the carpets and clean up the place before you move in, DON"T BELIEVE THEM!!! They don't, we had cigarettes burns ALL over, Paint on the carpets, dented walls.. the list goes on and on.

6. I'd rather be living on the streets, seriously it is MUCH better.

7. Don't expect maintenance to come and help you out. My smoke detector was going off ALL night, and maintenance would come out. And, our toilet was flooding and they didn't come out.

Do not move here. I will even tell anyone who wants to move here in person that it is a BAD idea. I would honestly pay no more than $300 to live here. I am being ripped off every day, don't make the same mistake.
