I moved in way back like almost three years ago when they very first started to lease. At that time there was only three rented apartments on my floor. And the place was haven. Then the kiddies came. I swear people have no respect for where they live. You would think that most of the people destroying the place are the guest, er wrong its the residents.
I have been out of there for almost a year now I am so glad. Hotwire is the worst, although after canceling their service I went into the cable room (door near the elevator on every floor, they leave it unlocked quite often) and lets just say reconnected it myself (took like an hour w/ a cell phone and two people, you figure it out). Once it was free, hey it wasnt too bad then. Also Drexel has wireless Internet which is easy to get access to with a $20 cantenna and a drexel student as a roommate to register the MAC address.
The fire alarm is a siren w/ a lispy retard repeating a three sentence warning that repeats infinitely, it will literally drive you crazy. Im talking 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 am. I had to disconnect every fire alarm in my apartment before i got peace, you could still hear it from the hallway but very very muted. What else let see, all the walls are paper thin, you can have a conversation from one bedroom to the other, with all the doors closed. The windows are from the '50s w/o insulation so there goes your moeney out the window, which they have their own shady utility company that charges outrageous prices.
Urine is always in the elevator and the hallways. Just for fun residents would break bigger and bigger holes in the wall every time they would get fixed, until the entire wall came done seperating the old and new elevator cooridor.
The security, who are mostly ex con's plot out schedules to rob the wealthier apartments.
The maitence guy is awesome at fixing everything, that is IF they actually send him to your apartment. I feel bad for that guy he is the only honest worker in the place.
Do not park near the building as your car will be destroying from flying objects and debris.
Hmm did I cover everything' Well, I guess you get the point.

I agree completely with this review. Dead on. Everything at that place drove me crazy. My happiest day at Drexel was, when I moved out of that heckhole. Please replace the management, they charge us so much for everything. And then, they provide us with nothing. I wish future and current residents, the best of luck.
Please take our comments into consideration.
