First I came here I was amazed about my spacious apartment and great view of center city. Then when Drexel opened my sympathy to my apartment begin to become an antipathy.

This apartment is at the perfect place to be.
Walking distance to post office,hospital,grocery store... If you have a car there is free parking on Race Str. But it is difficult to find a spot during Drexel.
But i highly recommend you to get a parking spot,cause my car is vandalised in front of Firestone(nothing stollen) and scrached on 34th str.

Building is a historic building (Conrail Building) so to be able to get tax benefits, Philadelphia Management did not change the frame of the windows. If the wind blows you feel like you are outside. So you turn on the heater. Wheather you turn on the heather or not it is obvious that you will get a ridiculus bill from the shaddy Energy Management Systems which is conducting business illegaly. I stongly recommend you to sue EMS if you already signed a lease cause they have no right to bill you.Once I got a water bill for over $300.

As it is mentioned in the other reviews the behaviour of undergrad kids are all true. They dont have the understanding that they are living in a residential complex. This also because of poor management. This year there is an older lady for Ucrossings manager but her attitudes are like a highschool headmaster so still you are having a feeling that you are living in a dorm after you have a conversation with her.

Security of the building is a joke. They force you to swipe your card even your hards full of groceries but othertimes if you stay cool and say wass up, you can pass by easily, you know what i am sayin dought!

If you are going to send a package never leave it to them, they loose it.Happened before thanks to Amex insurance.

Surveilance cameras does not function properly. Because the resolution of the video is so bad. You can just distinguish that a human entered to the apartment.

If you are at Upenn or working professional I do not recommend you to stay in this building. It is like a Drexel Farm!!!
