This apartment is intended for the frat-boy party-goer...no sleep at night and peace and quiet during the day. You are able to hear your neighbors talking through the wall---CLEARLY. Very loud at night and security DOES NOT respond to loud music whatsoever no matter the day nor the hour. Tell you something good' The maintenance requests were prompt. (Big surprise) The location is convenient but so NOT worth it if you cannot sleep at night. Oh yeah, they decided they wanted to increase my rent by $1000 by the end of my lease. Save your money for something better near campus. Oh, you can cut the rent by $200-300 if you are capable of negotiating and have half a brain. The Drexel-U drop-out manager is really sweet she will help you with anything. Who could forget the famous apartment break-in theft...You probably read about it in The Triangle.The couple was tied up and held at gunpoint while they watched two men steal all of their valuables. (Definitely an inside job)
Beware of the incompetent rent-a-cop.
Not for serious, mature students.
Intended for freshman and sophmores.
