Terrible Rip-Off
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 6/27/2005
Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
The place is tiny. Very cheaply built and breaks which you get billed for. You can get a better deal elsewhere in the area. Elevators are disgusting and smell like puke. The cards you use to get into the buildings doors and your apartment door NEVER work. They get worse and worse the more you use them, within 4 months of use your card will be dead and they will charge you 25 bucks to replace. Some brand new ones just randomly stop. I have gone through 2 cards in one year. Maintinence makes up excuseds to snoop in your apartment. Example: they change your air filter even 2 months or the are doing some repair on a brand the brand new building. The fire alarm goes off all the time. And finally every car gets broken into here. They will even break into your glove box with a crowbar to get your cd player face plate. Even when you park right in front of the building the crackhead ------- will bust into your car.
