Worst Value In North Philadelphia!

I would not recommend anyone move into this complex. First of all, the building is only two years old, and already falling apart. There are cracks in the walls, loose cabinets, broken chairs??all from normal use. I??m pretty sure when they designed this place they calculated the absolute smallest space a person would need to live, because that??s what you get. The shared bedrooms are a joke; about the only good thing about UV is the option to have your own room. This, of course, comes at a price over $700.
The internet here is a joke. It??s a shared connection throughout the building, so if a lot of people are online, it will be slow as hell. It also goes down frequently. The cable TV is a joke as well. Basically, they charge you a $25 (figure $100 per apartment) ??communication fee?? for cable and internet, and rip you off worse than Comcast. Now that??s a feat.
They are VERY quick to fine you, so make sure you are on your best behavior. If you??re too loud, if your rent is late, if your roommate steals/breaks something, you could be looking at a $50 or $100 fine. Considering all the problems of this complex, management is very unforgiving and uncooperative.
