have lived in the upsal garden apartments,


Moved in becuase of attactive appearance


and all the flags outside stateing "best


living in the Philadelphia". The building


is poorly maintained but still tolerable.





What make my life miserable is the manager


Cheryl. I have every single problem


the previous review has complained,





1. Maintainance guy enters the room to


repair the leak from my bathroom to the


one below WITHOUT ANNOUNCEMENT. One time


they even enter without knocking the door


when I am taking shower!!!!! Complain this


to the manager Cheryl and told her that


I will refuse the uninvited entry if


her staff cannot respect my very basic


privacy, she threatened to call a police!!!


The problem is never fixed till I am tied


and work as a maintainance guy myself to find


the problem. If you have to move here, be


prepared to be a maintainance guy and scapegoat.





2. Have the problem with the broken equipment. When you complained this,


She blame you for breaking it and ask


for the upgrade of an upscale equipment.


If you have to move in, be prepared to


pay for the upgrade and future of


the apartment.





3. The floor in bathroom is all cracked.


Complained but no result.





6. Constant flow of yellow notices for this


and that. You have to be emotionally strong


to be prepared for seeing another yellow


notice slipped under the door after an


exhausted office work. Be prepared to


have your own phsychologist if you want to move in.
