Management is the worst I have ever experienced

I lived in this apartment complex for four years. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, the other tenants are great. The property manager Cheryl is the MOST unpleasant person I have ever come across in my life. Many people have complained to the management company - Real Properties - about her, but they do not seem to care. It is for that reason that I do not recommend this apt building. Until Real Properties starts to feel it in their pocketbook, I doubt they will ever get rid of this awful woman.

Upsal Garden held many greatest memories of mine during the years living in Philly. Unfortunately, Cheryl's nasty attitude after a serious water leak in 1998 ruining all my cloth in the closet was the reason for me to move out.
Frankly, I don't know why she is still there. Her husband sells stolen and wrecked cars to poor foriegn students there and my days in Philly could have been even greater if I had never met either one of this couple.
