Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I loved my apatment at Upsal Gardens- it was gorgeous- very spacious. The space itself wasn't worth what you put up with. I saw cockroaches there that could ralley the size of my Dog, not to mention the rat I saw by the dumpster and the mice in the apartment. You wouln't think this would be a problem, considering that the property was over run by stray cats.
Cheryl was the manager in the office and she seemed to take joy in belittling you and assumed she was constantly dealing with a moron. I can't believe she has a job dealing with the general public.
If you question her- prepare yourself for the wrath- you're life will be hell.
There is no happy-customer- friendly attitude here folks. Remember: you rent from them- they work for you. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
