I love my apartment, don't get me wrong. But at what price' My privacy. Cheryl, the lady in the office, is a miserable old -----. Every time I call for a maintenance or extermination problem, she either gives me a lecture, tries to blame it on me, or just ignores me all together. There used to be a sign up sheet for extermination so you didn't have to deal with her, now they don't even have that. The tenants aren't causing the bug/mice problems, it's management's lack of preventative extermination. It's absolutely ridiculous. I am paying a lot of money to live there and I expect to have my maintenance and extermination needs taken care of with out any attitude. I realize that problems can occur in any building but there is no need for the crass remarks, inappropriate comments and utter lack of respect for personal space and privacy. She is unbelievable rude and I don't understand why the management company would want someone like that representing their property. And don't even get me started on the garbage trucks. Why do they need to pick up the garbage at 3am on a Tuesday night' I love being woken up by the sound of dumpsters being clanged around. And at first, I didn't think it was a bad place to live so I recommended it to a friend. When my friend called to inquire about available apartments, she made a crude comment to him that was totally unmerritted and unacceptable!
