Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Lived there for a year. Apparently there was some problem with our apt. leaking into the one below. Since leaks are emergency situations, maintenance was ALWAYS in there unannounced. They were there at LEAST once per month and the problem never got fixed.

It's very, very frustrating to have people in your apt. while you're not there uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
