Cheryl, the manager here, is horrendous. She is great and friendly when you visit, but once you sign the contract you become nothing to her. None of your maintenance concerns mean anything to her. She is supposed to work from 10 am to 5 pm, but I have frequently found that she leaves at 2 or 3 pm, especially on Fridays. This makes it extremely difficult to pick up packages left in the office. The straw that finally made us leave is when maintenance tore a 3 feet wide floor to ceiling hole in our baby's bedroom wall. They were fixing a broken pipe in the wall. The problem is that they left a HUGE mess, dust, black dirt, filth, wall chips everywhere, all over our baby's crib, all over her toys, all over her stuffed animals, everywhere. Our baby is 8 months old, so she puts everything in her mouth, meaning we had to clean the entire room. We complained to Cheryl and she did not care. She visited our apartment and said there was no mess she could see. She did not even apologize at all. The mess was unbelievable. I even told Cheryl I was up all night washing the crib sheets and all my baby's clothes. She didn't care, no apology. Please, please, please, do not rent here. No amenity you find here is worth dealing with Cheryl.
