Same as any other cheap at in Mt Airy, but ruined by Cheryl

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Price is OK, location decent, building condition and amenities passable - but I moved after a year because of the nightmare that is Cheryl. For me to renew my lease, she would've had to go - she's still there, so I'm gone. Evidently, I'm not the only one that feels this way.
