I would not recommend living here.
The apartment has character, big windows, high ceilings, arched doorways BUT the apartment is dirty and will never come clean, no matter how much you scrub. The fuse gets blown all the time...characteristic of an old building but still really annoying.
The water gets shut off at least once a week for most of the aftertoon. THey claim its to fix the pipes. They were fixing them for TWO years.
The walls have been painted over 100 times and in the summer, the paint just peels up. There are lots of bugs. The pool is only open after 4 on weekdays and is covered by trees. THe elevator is a death trap.
fire escape is a fire hazard.
CHERYL is TERRIBLE!!! She is nasty, rude, disrespectful. Blatantly rude to EVERYONE. Never there when she is supposed to be. Will have you waiting for hours and makes up some excuse. AWFUL!!! AWFUL!!! She parks her car in the semicircle and leaves it there ALL DAY blocking the handicap access into the apartment and making everyone walk around her car.
She has keys to everyone's apartments, naturally, however, she abused that access. She lives in the building and still has no concern for how it is taken care of.
The owner of the complex works below in the offices, and is also very rude.

It was nice a few years ago, and had deteriorated. It is now filthy, and the vermin are ubiquitous. The behavior of that "manager" is legendarily infamous.
