I have been living here almost a year and I have had a great experience so far. I read all of the bad reviews on this site before signing my lease, and it made me very hesitant. I have to say I'm very glad I moved in here! I have seen one bug and one mouse, but I called, maintenance sprayed and the problem has been solved for over 6 months. Maintenance always comes immediately when called! The apartment is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. Cheryl is not the most pleasant person, but I have not had a problem with her. I do wish the pool was open during the day in the summer and not completely in the shade.

Something that helps: if you have complaints, DON'T bring them up around the beginning of the month when everyone's dropping off their rent checks. That's when everyone brings up all of their maintenance issues and general gripes from the preceding month and the to-do list backs up. If you come in around mid-month things happen faster (and she's not so stressed out).
