Cheryl Aldin is every bit as evil and unkind as folks say she is on here.....believe it!!! Don't get sucked into all the ads she puts on craigslist and local papers....she gets paid to reel people in, and if you don't meet those high-sadity standards they have for Upsal Garden, just to apply for the place, YOU WILL GET SHUT DOWN AT THE DOOR! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! You can't reason with the devil! If you work as a waitress or some other LEGITIMITE job that pays cash rather than checks, SHE WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU, PERIOD!!! Don't try to say it any other way what you make or how you make it, IF YOU DON't HAVE PAYSTUBS, you are no god to her.....forget your college degrees, forget trying to cuss her out or killing her with kindness.....she gets paid to being potential renters in, and once she gets her bonus off of the response to her ads, she drops them ALL like flies!!!! To those who commented who actually somehow were charming and "legit" enough to get their foot in the door without getting it bit off by her and are just now seeing her true colors, that's buyer beware for you. Doctors and lawyers are more than welcome to apply here.....seems to me that's all she cares about....they pay rent on time and get paid with REAL checks and shut the F@#$ up......that's what she wants.....Cheryl, if you read this, that nice young couple who tried to rent #B401 wants you to know that you passed up 2 awesome tenants, and all the bad blood you have stirred up in people you will answer to one day when it's your turn to be judged.

You sound so disappointed that you didn't get the apartment, but think about it - if Cheryl is so awful, perhaps you should consider yourself lucky that you won't have to live there. She wouldn't have considered you as "two awesome tenants"...she doesn't consider anybody to be an awesome tenant, not even the doctors and lawyers.

Oh no. The credit requirements for Real Properties, Ltd. requires paystubs. How terrible of them, if by "terrible" you mean "Welcome to reality, where people have to show legitimate proof that they'll be able to make rent". Are you seriously that naive?
