Location, service, responsiveness From: bearkali Date posted: 7/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I had high hopes when moving in and those have for the vast majority been realized. The doormen are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The super is my across the way neighbor. Anytime I have had an issue, he has been there AND fixed the problem within thirty minutes. The management is friendly, warm and customer-service focused. The building is kept clean and nice-looking. The tenants are also a good group of people. This is a great place to live for families, professionals, new couples or graduate students. The price is right, too!
