THIS PLACE IS THE DUMP! It is huge, heat/hw are included and lots of privacy. BUT the manager is a -----, cares only about smoking, and repeatedly refers renters with questions or complaints to the other ----- of a manager at the nearby complex owned by the co. I lived here for 1 year and couldn't WAIT to get out. We lived next to the manager's apt and a disgruntled tenant came to break her window on halloween and missed and broke our window. The laundry room is always busy. The dumpsters always overflow and stink in the summer. There are a gazillion children darting around the lot, constant break ins, etc... To put it mildly, take your money elsewhere.
