Victortia Woods Townhomes NEEDS MORE STAFF!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Positives: Big apartment (2 bedroom), low bills (only electricity and telephone),
good location near Roosevelt Blvd. and I-95.
Negatives: YOU ARE NOT IN THE GHETTO!! SO QUIT TREATING THE AREA LIKE YOU ARE!! All 2 staff members (that I know of, 1 office, 1 maintenance). Maintenance worker tries by HIMSELF! No one else works here. Maintenance requests take longer than most people live there. Apartments look nice till you live there. People mistake the woods across the street for a trash can. People mistake your front door as a trash can. They are raising rent for no apparant reason, other than to give themselves (owners I mean) more money not to live there.
