The ad clearly states free heat, hot water and cooking gas included, but when I got there, the heat was electrical.

Also, as someone else mentioned, when you go to visit the place, Sue is there chain smoking in her office and it smelled terrible.

She didn't even bother to show me the apartment, she gave me the keys and sent me across the street.

The one bedroom only had two windows in it, that faced the front of the complex. The only thing that separated the living room and bedroom was a plastic cover/hinge that when closed was only held together by a magnet. Very ghetto.

The kitchen was small, but looked very outdated, but then again what do you expect for $575'

Also, the bathroom was located in the bedroom (that barely fit a twin side bed) so if you don't like layouts that have bathrooms in the bedrooms, you won't like this one at all.

You could tell the bathroom had several leaks because you could see where it has been worked on in the ceiling several times.

As a prospective tenant, I was even embarassed I considered that place, do NOT rent from here if you can.
