This place is the worst!!!! Do not go by the sample they show you, because most of the apartments/townhomes are not as updated as the sample. They baited and switched me! The townhome was not pre-cleaned before I moved in!!! The cabinets have not been updated in years, the dishwasher did not work, and the landscaping in Section "G" sucks. The dumpster is always overflowing, there are stray cats everywhere. There are abandoned cars in the lot and trash and debris in the parking area. There are bugs everywhere, e.g., spiders and thousand leggers, yes including roaches. Even though management claims pest control is done twice a month, this is clearly not true as I had to hire my own pest control company. The walls are paper thin. I can hear entire conversations from other tenants. The sink is leaking in the half bath, which is causing mold on the floorboard. All in all, this place sucks and I cannot wait until my lease ends. So I reiterate, if you are considering moving here...don't do it!
