First off there are to many things wrong in these apartemnts to list from shotty construction to ignorent neighbors. These places in here say that they are nice for the price and that is true there is alot of space but you get what you pay for they just aquired new managment and that was suppose to help HA that is a joke they dont care just as much as the last one and the one before that and so on and so on the people that they let move here is a disgace they fight outside play music so loud we hear it all threw our home this is just so bad and when you tell management all they can say is "what do you want me to do they pay rent too" or "they pay there rent on time i cant say anything as long as they pay there rent" so i guess if you want to live without sleep and with fear that one night someone is going to come threw your front window from fight ing then by all means move here I hate this place but you know what it is all i can afford and i have no where else to go so i have to stay and just listen to all the crap that goes on here im just waiting for the mold to come threw the cracks here yes mold is an issue so are bugs all kinds of creatures i do not recamend this place to anyone at all

Everything that was just said I completely agree with. The neighbors are ignorant and do play music loud and even when you politely ask them to turn it down so you baby can sleep they get even ruder and say that they aren't even playing it as loud as it can go yet I have a surround sound and can still hear their stupid gangsta music. And the fighting is true to and management tells you to call the police but the police never even come out so I do not recommend it here either. and it is unforunate because they could be really nice apartments with a playground and the right tennants because they are very large and nice for the price but the rest is not worth it.
