Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
Okay, I've been here for 2 years. Here's what you need to know.
- The sample apartment, is not what you get.
- The kitchens are tiny, the cabinets are falling apart.
- They make you pay a $70 deposit on blinds that are made from crap.
- The windows are like 800 years old.
- They have 2...yes, count'em 2 maint. guys on this HUGE property.
- If you have a family of 12 or more, you are welcome to rent a 2 bedroom..APPARENTLY.
- Your parking lots come stocked with broken down, smashed up cars that never move and cats, lots of cats. They like to sleep in your engines, so bang on your hood before you leave for work in the morning, or else your car is going to be screwed, and no one is going to care.
It's quiet though, and the kids play outside safely all the time.
I can't complain because it's all I can afford.
