Clean, quiet, slow to respond to problems

Good location, Starbucks downstairs, clean, quiet, doorman, difficult to move-in due to parking situation. Management is frustrating. It takes weeks to get things taken care of (key fobs, laundry cards, etc.). No parking. Must get private monthly parking if you have a car.
