Wallingford Apartments

Beware it's Real Ghetto..No peace From: Not-Satisfied-at-All Date posted: 3/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   No peace here too much noise. Music blasting. Kids playing so loud you hear them from the floors above out the windows, People up all times of the night laughing louding, Doors slamming, Music playing dont let the pretty outside fool you. U have a problem don't hold your breath waiting on the leasing lady to resolve it. They are too friendly with the tenants and they don't take her serious. Cars get broken into constantly read the police reports for the area. The heat in the A building is uncontrolable no control knobs windows are up in all the building all season. I am looking for new place what a mistake. Beware:
