Walnut Hill Apartments

From: linz822 Date posted: 6/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The apartment was nice, the alleyway beside the apartment was sort of loud with the workers during the day. It is quiet, the tenants are nice and it is safe. There are some bums that sit outside during the day, but never a problem. There is only street parking... during the fall/winter it is terrible because if you are a student you cannot get parking passes for the area if your car isn't registered at the address. So often times, there will only be limited two hour parking. During the weekends, parking is a lot better, and once a lot of students return home in the summer. The only complaint I have would be the telephone/cable/internet service. Each tenant has to get their services from the same company that provides all Campus Apartment buildings with service. It is a monopoly, and not the best deal, and there are a lot of problems with internet connections and trying to set up wireless as a result.
