I will give you my opinion and facts and after that you are on your own as to making a decision to live here or not.
Management: It is important that I tell you that when it comes to management you are not dealing with a full deck, bottom line.
Maintenance: There is only two guys who are not very competent when it comes to fixing things not only that but you will have to wait a long time before they address any issues that you may have.
Apartment Living: The building is VERY OLD. The windows are out-dated so either you will burn in the summer or you will freeze in the winter. The appliances are old and not reliable they will go out on you. The carpet is cheap and it look like they change it maybe every 10 years. The walls are thin and some residents don't have respect for others meaning they will play their music all types of times during the day. Trust me when I tell you this place is awful read the rest of the reviews and if you don't believe it take a tour and look at everything from the windows, the laundry room (which the washers and dryers tear your clothes up and they will not fully clean them) the carpet, the entrance which have had numerous break-ins even the door was taken off the hinges, the smell of MOLD and MILDEW as soon as you walk in the building, out dated heating systems, appliances from the 18th century, and the foundation is not stable one of the maintenance men said that the ceiling collapse in a few units and there was a major flood in the ground units so look out.
