MAKE SURE TO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING

I live in a 2bedroom 2 bath and although the place is nice, a lot of the stuff they promised they did not deliver. One of the walls in the bedrooms don't go all the way to the ceiling and the leasing Agent Erin, said she would get plexiglass put in for free, she never did this. Also, Erin never did an initial walk through with us. When we moved in the fire alarm was broken and beeping all night, the lights in the bedroom did not walk, and the bathrooms were still dirty from construction. Erin assured us this would all be fixed before we moved in, but she lied because these items were not fixed until a couple of days after.

Erin also said the entire complex would be ready by Jan. 05 but she lied. It was only our floor that was ready and at 4am each morning construction would start on the other floors, which you could hear through our thin walls. Erin also said there would be a gat around our parking lot a couple of months after we moved in. Again, she lied because it was only 7 months after that they started working on the parking situation.

The place is nice though and rent is reasonable. But just make sure whoever your leasing lady is, if she is promising you stuff, to get everything in writing.

The fixtures in the kitchen and construction is cheap. Visually it is very pretty, but parts of the kitchen appliances have fallen off. Part sof the carpet isn't completly nailed down and they leave sawdust on the carpet. Granted its a rental so you can't expect anything too grande I still expected a bit of courtesy. When we moved in, there were used porno magazines stuffed into our kitchen cabinets. I'm assuming its from one of the construction workers since this unit is brand new. i think if someone that did at least a basic walk through the apartment would've caught this. very dissapointing.
