Warning about this place...

There are a bunch of good things about this building and the individual apartments: the high ceilings, the decent sized rooms, the maintenance service, the security guards, the relatively central location, etc. BUT, all those great things are almost completely cancelled out by the noise. I lived in one of the inner apartments that look out into the central courtyard-type thing. The noise level coming from the other inner apartments is LOUD and OBNOXIOUS. It would be bearable if it were limited to just the weekends, but the noise continues throughout the week and lasts well into the night (usually until 1am, sometimes later). I have never needed to use ear plugs in order to fall asleep, but while living here I needed to use ear plugs practically every night. If one apartment is having a party or is staying up late, ALL the inner apartments are having a party and are up late. By the end of my lease I could not wait to get out of this place. While the place looks great and has many upsides, this one thing was enough to make me not want to recommend it to others. I should say though, that I can't speak for the outer apartments. From what I've heard, they are not as bad with noise.
