The apartment complex seems great when you first check it out...doorman, exercise room, close to the gallery and other shopping. But the NOISE LEVEL is ridiculous. Most nights I feel like I am in a college dorm because people living in the center apartments are awake until all hours of the night talking and yelling and hanging out with their doors and windows wide open. Closing the windows in our apartment does nothing to minimize the noise level either. So unless you're ready to go feel like you're back in college, live somewhere else.

The doormen also sometimes give visitors a hard time when they are coming into the building. This apt complex is not like others in that you cannot buzz in visitors, they must sign in with the desk. Some of the doormen insist that the tenants come down and be present when their visitors sign in which is a huge pain.
