Rent goes up regularly; it went up nearly 10% this year. I??ve seen worse but it is something to be aware of. If you are not used to PGW??s (local gas company) antics and pricing you will surely find them a PITA.

Once maintenance took so long to fix something I considered not paying my rent that month. Never had to use maintenance in 3 years of living there other then that one time, so I can??t comment on anything but this one incident. The head maintenance guy is real nice and lives in the complex.

Quiet neighborhood and the only place I have ever lived that I did not despise my neighbors. Tons of cops live here and you can leave your door unlocked, even wide open, and you will be fine.

There are so many wild animals I feel like Ranger Rick! Rabbits, squirels, deer, skunks, raccoons, you name it we have it! Put out your trash the morning of pickup and you will not have a problem other then to steer clear of the skunks.

Plenty of parking, never had a problem other then to avoid parking under certain trees that are bird crap magnets.

The first month I was there the place did not seem well built but I??ve since come to think otherwise. The carpet stains instantly and when I move out I??ll surely get killed on my security deposit. The walls are thick, the only time you can hear your neighbor is when they run the garbage disposal or come in or out the front door. You can hear these things but it is never loud.

The complex is in one of the approach path of PNE airport. There is surprisingly very little noise from the planes. If you have your doors and windows shut you need to concentrate to hear them.

Overall a nice place. Not many complaints. Wish I had to-the-door mail delivery, but you can??t have everything!
