IT IS NOT WORTH THE RENT INCREASE!!!

Yes the scenery is beautiful, but the rent is very high. Especially since the owner/management do not do anything to make the apartments look any better.

The front of the apartments look very shabby and dirty. They need to paint, fix water drains, fix the sidings, and etc.

If you are going to charge so much rent just to look at the river then why not fix up the apartments and make all of them updated!!
