OUTSIDES AND INSIDES NEEDS UP-DATING!!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I have lived here 2 years and now I can notice the outsides of the apts. needing lots of work.
We live in a nice area but the apts. are falling apart.
IT sure could use a power-washing. Fixing the sidings also.
Looks like alot of the shingles are coming off.
Come on now we pay enough rent here. We want better living quarters inside and out.
