These apts are very nice of course because they are by the river.
Well we do not live in the river and would like some up-dating and fixing of these apts.
When you walk around the property not clean, and siding looks rotted out and a good paint job is needed.
All the property manager does is stand outside and smoke and talk on the phone.
Come on DePaul Management clean us up. You certainly can afford too.

You are absolutley right I have lived here for 4 years they do not paint the inside of the apartments until you are there 7 years the kitchen and baths need to be updated also they raise your rent every year i am planning to move after my lease is up
