NEEDS BIG IMPROVEMENTS!!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
 
Lived here 2 years and we need improvements here. The outside and insides of course.
The property manager just sits in her office and entertains her friends and family.
What is going on here'
She gets paid for WHAT!! her smoking'

Please keep these apts. up to date.
