We all have been watching as our property manager does whatever and whenever she wants too.
To begin she is out at the pool almost everyday in the afternoon, she entertains her family and friends in the office, and she even has time to have a fling with one of the maintance men.

DePaul open your eyes to this. She might be renting the apts. but you do not know what goes on when she is at work. Or shall I say when she decides to come to work.

She is a big mouth also and insults the tenants and does not care what she says or does.

Her husband should come around more often to surprise her!!

She needs to GO!!!!

This review is strictly a subjective opinion and highly inflammatory to the management of the property. The accusations could cause a lot of heartache to maintenance crew as well as manager. I have forwarded this supposed critique of the property to my corporate office and suggest that the poster call the management office to set up an appointment with the manager and a representative of the corporate office to address issues that he or she may have with the manager. I am quite sure that we can resolve whatever problems this poster may have at that time. In the meantime the poster does a great disservice to the community by lowering its rating just to make a point about his or her dissatisfaction with the management. Waters Edge is a lovely community and I am happy to be working here.
